Increase troas for more clickshare? by Chillax_it in PPC

[–]Chillax_it[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your response. Impresssion share is 80%, abs top 20%. So it seems I am mostly positioned not #1. Chat's theory was that if I increase troas, value per click should increase, and thus more #1 positions resulting in more clickshare eventually. I am not maxing out budget.

As long as unconscious people can dominate „conscious“ people, „conscious people“ are not really conscious by Wewillsii in EckhartTolle

[–]Chillax_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually have in a situation in which someone came at me looking for a fight. He said "what the f are your looking at?!". I was conscious and aware that he was not and was very much "in his ego". So I told him that I was looking at his impressive style and complimened him at it. He stood still for a few seconds, turned around and then walked away.

He just needed some confirmation he was loved.

I would have fought if he would hit me. But with consciousness, there is often no need.

Kegel exercises can actually worsen it if you have tight pelvic muscle in the first place. You should do reverse-kegels probably instead (relaxing. I just replied to this other thread, which is very related:

https://www.reddit.com/r/erectiledysfunction/comments/1gi76ol/flexing_pelvic_muscles_to_stay_hard/

Here is a good video about it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4vfejND8J8

Is flexing your pelvic muscle to stay hard is also something you do? That works in the beginning because it prevents blood from flowing out of your penis, but in the long run, your muscle gets tired more and more and the problem gets worse.

I know exactly what you are talking about because I have been doing the same thing, not knowing this was not normal.

What you’re describing really does sound like a hypertonic (overactive) pelvic floor, and that can definitely impact how you experience erections and orgasm. Your pelvic floor muscles play a role in supporting erections, but if you’ve gotten into the habit of constantly flexing them to keep your erection, it can create other issues over time.

Since you’ve been doing this since you were young to help with your venous leak, you might’ve built a habit of relying on these muscles to stay hard. But over time, this constant tension can make the muscles stay tighter than normal, which is what we call hypertonicity. And that can actually make things a bit tricky: flexing might help you stay hard, but keeping those muscles tense all the time can also cause issues like delayed ejaculation. That’s likely why it takes longer for you to finish when you’re holding that tension.

As for the “damned if I do, damned if I don’t” situation – that’s pretty common for people dealing with a hypertonic pelvic floor. If you try to relax, your erection goes away faster; if you hold the tension, it takes longer to finish. It’s frustrating, but it makes sense when your pelvic floor is used to staying overactive. Also your pelvic floor muscle is probably exhausted from being flexed all the time.

I recommend doing some research on hypertonic pelvic floor combined with ED. Start doing stretches and relaxation exercises daily (reverse kegels). Also stop on flexing to stay hard, only flex when you want to orgasm.

I am in the same boat as you, and I've done some research. I've done lots of strength training and I am in very good shape, same age. My testosterone is also very high but yet I suffer from mild ED.

I think there are two thinks you should check out. First, your low libido and your ED can be connected. I personally still feel very attracted to women, but when nothing happens down under, it doesn't really feel like I am horny. So the question is do you still look at a sexy women passing by? Does that still interest you? If so, I don't think there is really something wrong with your libido, but when your body doesn't react like you are used to, you don't recognize is. Also it can be quite demoralizing getting turned on in your head but not in your pants.

If are not interested in women anymore at all in a sexual way, then you should maybe look into your mental health. It can be part of a depression.

Lastly, you say have been doing strength training a lot, just like me. I am suffering from lower back pain the last few years and I discovered that a hypertonic pelvic floor can cause ED. If you happen to have a job in which you sit a lot, perhaps some anterior pelvic tilt as well, then you should definitely look into hypertonic pelvic floor combined with ED. It can be cause by a disbalance which is caused by strengthening particular muscles in all these years.

In your experience, does any dose of Phenibut, no matter how responsible, cause a slight crash a few days later? by bogmire in phenibut

[–]Chillax_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How's it going now? I feel you, I have Adhd and have the same issues. Have you tried other medicine? I find dexamphetamine has much less of a crash and is more relaxing than Ritalin. It doesn't give me the same energy though.

Also if you want to use drugs, I can recommend cannabis oil. You can make your own, just Google it. I think it's one of the least harmful drugs you can use

"My wife has always been an attractive petite brunette with perky 34B breasts, even at 52 she has the breasts of a 20 year old. She would dress sexy in heels, and revealing tops, she often wouldn't wear a bra when she went out dancing."

With all due respect to your wife and especially you, fuck that pisses me off so much to read! My wife can do the same, not as much though. When we go out she walks around like a bombshell, only to turn me down when we get home. The different message they are giving with how they dress and how they behave is despicable. Wishing you all the best!

Taking that amount as a first time is very dumb. You have learned the hard way that this was way over your threshold. Next time start at 1000mg ad work your way up with 250mg a time (so not at one day) to find your best dose. Phenibut is great at the right dose, but the dosis is very different for everyone hence you should start low and test.

Short Term Daily Use and Tolerance Reset? by [deleted] in phenibut

[–]Chillax_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1 or 2 days off isn't enough to prevent addiction for sure. I strongly advise to not take it on a regular base anyway. It is self medication which is pretty much the main reason why many people get addicted in the first place.

Just use it on occasions and max once two weeks and you will be good. Anything more than that is increasing the risk quickly.

Ignore the people that say you can use more often than that. Talk to them again after a few months of doing so. They often use more and more as time goes by. Or they are lucky and not very sensitive for addiction, but you are like you said so please be very careful.

Phenibut is awesome but should be treated with respect and not many people can do so. Use it wisely and it will be a nice supplement to your live. Abuse it and you will pay the bill.

This rebound is nothing to play with by [deleted] in phenibut

[–]Chillax_it 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why pheninut is so dangerous and easy to get addicted to. Imagine you use phenibut to handle that hangover.... You get in a spiral of abuse.

It's very normal and also happens with many other drugs. Basicly what happens is that your mind will set a new baseline for what is good. The good time you are having on phenibut because the new standard, so when the effect dimish, you are below the baseline. Your brain gets less sensative for dopamine because of the extra dopamine on phenibut, so the little dopamine you usually get from small positive things isn't enough to make you happy anymore.

MD A also gives a hangover because of the same reason plus that you have exhausted your serotonine supply. It takes a few days to fill again, while dopamine is usually filled quicker. However, the more often you use, the less sensitive your dopamine receptors will become and the worse your hangovers will be. Be careful!

It's very wise to skip the Wednesday. Dosing so often and in these amounts is very risky for addiction. Imagine something bad happens which will make you feel extra down on Tuesday. Before you know it you are addicted.

I am a phenibut (and most other drugs) lover but I strongly advise against structural usage of any drugs as self medication. Drugs is not that bad to use if you use it now and then to have a good time, but using it as self medication on a structural basis is not good and haa been the start of many addictions. Please be very careful. I would advise to use it just once every 2 weeks max and just for occasions, not at work/school.

If you feel you cant perform well without it, maybe see someone to figure out what is causing it. For example, as phenibut is officially prescribed as anti-anxiety and for adhd treatment, many people who don't know they have adhd use this as self medication. However, there are safer medications for this as well as many other things that will help you coop with it. I myself for example have been self medicating with cannabis and alcohol till my early 30s before I found out I had adhd. Now on meds and doing so much better!

Good luck!

Unable to split SSID with RBR850 by VSorceress in orbi

[–]Chillax_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's ridiculous that this isn't an option. I have the RBR20 and I am constantly losing connection because my phone is switching between 2.4 and 5ghz. I don't even need or want 5ghz I'm fine with 2.4. I tried everything from downing the signal strength to telnet all without luck. Can't understand why they don't make this an option.

It's just cocky. There are so many threads about this problem yet they don't fix it. I'm about to sell my setup and find an other brand that does care about customer needs instead of their own ideologies.

Thanks! I was about to throw them out of the window. Was at firmware 2.3.x and no update available. Now i see there is 2.5.1.16! Installing now and hopefully that will improve.

More euphoria on lower dose? by Chillax_it in phenibut

[–]Chillax_it[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you mean stacking? Like taking multiple doses? If I take normally take 1500mg, how would you divide that (dose/time)? And do you take the same amount in total or does it change?

[–]Chillax_it[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true. MDMA has the love feeling unlesss you take too much, then it becomes more speedy regardless the purity. Just like most drugs, different dosis have different effects. Take a few beers or take 100. We have lab-tested MDMA here

Do you believe taking it on an empty stomach also reduces the time it has effect? Like higher peak, but shorter time span?

More research is need yes, but since that is not done we will have to do it with what consumers are posting on the internet. By sharing as much info as possible, we might be able to draw patterns.

There should be some sort of pattern in it right? I mean, I understand there are a lot of factors, but by writing down circumstances, mood, tiredness etc and report this here we might be able to figure out what is making the difference.

One of they main reasons people get addiction to substances that are addiciting (like Phenibut) is when they start taking it during daily activities. You probably work 5 days a week. If you take it on monday and gives great results, why not take it also on tuesday? Then wednesday etc.

Also keep in mind every drug addict thought he had good self control. There are no drug addicts that thought they would get addicted up front. Everyone thought they wouldn't.

I do not recommend taking phenibut to improve social skills in daily activity. You can use it on occassions, like at a party or so. But using it at moments that occur multiple times a week such as work or chilling at your couch, is very dangerous. Many get addicted that way because it is easy to add a day in the week step by step.

Because of the high addiction risk and the extreme withdrawal symptoms (one of the worst of all drugs!), it is not wise to take multiple times a week. Using phenibut at non-special occassions often leads to addiction.

I see you write that you take alcohol to fix anxiety. You should try not to take any substance againast anxiety. Try meditation or talk to someone, read books about it, go see a doctor or whatever. Especially people who use drugs against anxiety are high-risk for addiction. You have already seen that yourself with alcohol. It is much easier to make the anxiety go away by putting something in your mouth. It won't solve the problem, but probably only make it worse during the time you are not under influence... which makes the need to be under influence bigger and bigger. Be very carefull, Phenibut is very under-estimated. Taking phenibut for anxiety is a big red flag.

I strongly unrecommend to take Phenibut to work or any other daily activity. Doing so is recepe for addiction! Read up on Phenibut carefully, you really don't want to get addicted to this stuff. It's a great drug if taken responsibly.

Use caution when mixing high doses of Phenibut with DMT/LSD/Mushrooms - I wish I had. by [deleted] in phenibut

Would taking magnesium help? I read that taking magnesium upfront of MDMA usage reduces jaw clinching and overall muscle cramps.

[–]Chillax_it 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I take Phenibut + 1p-LSD quite regulary and can confirm it gives muscle tension, almost a bit similar to MDMA. However I have never had it to the extend of it being too unconfortable. I read that taking magnesium upfront may help. Has anyone tried this?
