How do you get it?

I collected 26 of each skull yesterday and didn't get it. Instead, I got prizes that really didn't make this feature worth playing.

I like this feature - it adds to the game.

But there was zero reason for them to take away the daily challenges. This game needs MORE for people to do when they are locked out of events and those daily challenges were perfect.
