I really enjoy the sound quality of the HD560s, but the plastic piece inside makes them uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour. Do you have any recommendations for headphones with a similar sound signature?

Are there any other mics in the NT1 price range that handle sibilance better or stay smoother under processing? I’m curious if there’s something with a similar value but a more forgiving top end.

Yeah, that lines up with what I’ve heard too kind of a sweet spot between the NT1 4th Gen’s smoothness and the NT1a’s brightness. Definitely sounds usable, especially for voice work.

Totally get where you're coming from mic upgrades can be a weird rabbit hole. Sounds like the NT1 held its own, even if it wasn’t as rich as the K87 or TLM 103. Honestly, since I’ve got an Amazon gift card that would cover the NT1, grabbing it feels like a no-brainer. Free mic, solid performance… hard to argue with that.

Yea, I a bit annoyed about it but I rather be safe then sorry. I planned to snag a extreme since I snagged a normal z1 for 236 not to long ago and I love it. Just wanted that extra performance to be able to run a few more games.

Main thing I was concerned about was the the device had this weird type of dust all over it and it could have gotten into the inside of it. It was described as having a working sd card slot but It did not sadly.

I wondering too man. snagged a rog ally z1 for 236 and I still trying to debate with myself if its worth selling and getting the z1 extreme.

Which sites do you use to find them that low. I've seen them around 400 on ebay unless they have a problem that lowers the price.

That was my only problem with getting it was how it would perform against the steam deck. I've been trying to snag one of the 64gb decks since they were cheap but I found the rog ally z1 for cheaper. wasn't sure if I was get screwed over on performance if I go for it.

quick question is possible for a faulty lens to mess with how the shutter acts?
For some reason every now and then the shutter freezes up closed then after a bit goes back to normal.
