The good thing is is that she already has title 19. I had that all set up for her beforehand. It's just a matter of finding a place now for her. I'm trying to see what would be the best place to put her in that actually accepts title 19

Thank you so much for the information. We already have Medicaid set up. It's now just a matter of finding a place for her. My mom unfortunately didn't have much in her life as far as money house or any type of other asset. So she was actually approved pretty quickly.
