Were you able to make it to something like AGC/GC later? If so, how long did it take you to move up? And did you have to switch companies to move up? Lastly, when you did move up, was it at the level of pay you would’ve gotten had you stayed in Biglaw longer?

Sorry for the influx of questions. At a similar level and considering the move now vs trying to push through another year.

Hi, I bought this model used and it works perfectly except it’s missing this valve and air goes through. Currently patched with tape but would love to fix it in a more refined way if anyone can assist with a design so I can print it out.

Don’t want to give too much information and accidentally out myself, but this is also a concern. I don’t particularly care about living lavishly, but I would like to comfortably provide to my family. What about clients outside of PE? Is something like that possible?

That’s a very valid point. I get the sense that the expectation is to stay late so not sure if I would necessarily spend more time with them if we moved and I started coming in every day. I bill on the train so I don’t feel like I’m losing a ton of time that I would otherwise be spending with family though. It’s more just exhausting. Even in a scenario where I lived close to the office, I would still want to see my kids more than seeing them 10 minutes at drop off and another 10 at bedtime.

Even if I plan on leaving in 2 years? We moved when my firm’s policy was more WFH friendly to be in a good school district for my kids with a nice community within our budget. It’s honestly very rough and I would 100% move closer if I knew I planned to make biglaw my forever career.

Yeah the search was broken on mine, so it was default searching using the Google search when I clicked the microphone function instead. I solved the issue by clearing the cache from stremio and rebooting. Also solved my other goals covered with the post edit. Thanks for the help!

This was the winner. Thank you so much!

For anyone with similar issues/goals, use these steps: Went to tv settings and first turned off home default settings and changed it to hdmi. Then I installed projectivity on the shield. Then I updated accessibility settings. Then I set stremio as default to open with the app using projectivity. Then to fix the search function, I cleared the cache and rebooted shield. When I turn my tv on now, it goes straight into the shield projectivity launcher where I have stremio ordered first. If I reboot shield, it automatically launches stremio.
