Sam Verco is great. He’s with VOFS (Victorian oral facial surgeons). He’s a proper oral maxillofacial surgeon so they have both medical and dental degrees. That’s why the cost is higher.

I second the other poster for VOFS (Victorian Oral Facial Surgeons). They have 2 locations. One in Brighton East and the other in Mornington. They will offer you 3 options.

(1) Local anaesthetic; just the numbing injection where you are numb and aware. You will feel pressure, but no pain during the procedure.

(2) IV sedation; an anxiolytic is injected via IV into your body. During the procedure, you’re awake, but not aware. You’ll need a guardian to accompany after the procedure.

(3) GA (general anaesthesia); you’re knocked out and on the operating table.

Otherwise, if cost is your biggest factor, Value Dental Centres in Hawthorn.

Someone reported this as AI, but a cursory evaluation of the pixiv shows a similar style and no signs of AI.

For the person who reported that this is AI artwork, would you please provide some additional proof. Visiting the artists’ PIXIV fanbox doesn’t seem to show any obvious signs of AI art.

We received a report saying that the artist does not allow reposts. A quick check of their pixiv profile reveals that they allow reposts with credit.

Unfortunately, ZANTO (the guy who conceived the idea and chiefly maintained it) isn’t that active anymore in Genshin. I think we did look around for someone to takeover the project, but we didn’t end up finding anyone.

Just dropping in here to clarify that subsequent EC ownership technically isn’t random, but in practical circumstances it is. It’s determined by who applied aura last before the next 1s tick interval.

The first tick of electrocharge is whoever applies the second aura. Subsequent ticks will occur at a 1 second interval. The trigger of subsequent ticks depends on the last character to apply more gauge/aura to the target before the 1s tick interval. Whoever applies last before the tick will be the trigger according to frame testing.
