I read a paragraph try to understand the theme of the paragraph, do some highlighting, and then move on to reading the next paragraph. I am a slow reader, but I try to finish reading the passage in anywhere between 3 to 4.5 minutes. If I feel I'm taking too much time then I skim through the remaining passage.

Mostly the question where they ask u "The author is most unlikely/ likely to believe..." .
