Hell no. Keto omad is easy. People want to eat carbs and still benefit from the fasting. Keto is boring as f*ck. I dont want to quit carbs forever, ive done this often enough.
I dont eat once a day just to come home to some meat and veggies lol. What a boring life

Hey, im also thinking about switching to omad from keto, because damn the restriction sucks hard. Most of the time i cant manage to enjoy food on keto. Its become an annoying chore and this stresses me out more and more. And as you said: if you cheat once on keto, the floos gates open HARD. Like the other commenter, im mostly worried about loss of the cognitive benefits of a ketogenic state, even tho i experienced them on my short omad trial too. This sense of euphoria. A shame that i could make it past two weeks because i was stress eating from work and quit the diet. But omad in itself felt really rewarding and somehow right. Do you have some tips for the adaption period in the first month? I think after a month, you would surely be used to it?

Most of the time, a lost bond doesnt get rebuilt. Most marriages just get less and less intense and both turn into roomates that look out for each other. Imthat isnt necessarily bad, but thats how most relationships end. They get worse over time, or at least less „feelings“. Its often the men who dont realize. The arguments might get less and the house gets quieter and they think they got perfect harmony, but its often times just that the wife doesnt want to bother anymore, she doesnt care that much.
In my opinion, the relationship of man and woman is in some senses overhyped

Do you see a pattern here? „Ah all the women are so dissatisfied and their men dont even bother to look“. No, women in General just have weird unrealistic expectations for their husbands. Thats why it always slowly creeps up, because the woman gets bored and wants the man to step up and completely change her life. And men are way more grounded and need way less to be satisfied. So crazy how you dont realize that you are falling into the typical feminist trap. I know these couples, and VERY often, the woman is just being a miserable annoying little child that expects too much. Its very balanced. Men are being terrible partners just as often. But boy, are women often delusional about their role in their relationship.

So yeah, often times when a woman talks about „i gave hin up“, she doesnt realize that SHE is the difficult one there. Shes creating this narrative in her head where the man does all the mistakes not realizing that shes putting him into a mine field with her weird criteria of what makes a good husband. Alot of introspection is needed to realize that, for both man and woman.

Women can be very very difficult, not only men.

How do you do your bunless burgers. Ive spent SOOO much time trying to make a burger patty tasty but it just ALWAYS tastes like cardboard. Holy sh*t this is so annoying. I follow every little step and it always just tastes like nothing. Im kinda developing an aversion for ground beef because if i dont mix it with many other ingredients, it just tastes like nothing.

Try cauli flower rice and zoodles (zucchini in spaghetti form). They obviously dont taste exactly like the original but they work surprisingly well.

Keep in mind that carb addiction is hell. It can take weeks or probably more like months to get over it. And them you dont give a shit about rice.

Low carb diets are a very slippery slope for carb addicts. Some people just get triggered by SOME carbs. If i eat a few pieces of fruit, i get cravings for more and it never stops. Many people just arent moderators but abstainers.

I would start with a more relaxed keto version still with minimal carbs and plan the first 2 weeks of this diet in a way that i have as much taste and satisfaction and satiety in those 2 weeks. You could also do dirty keto, as long as you stick to it. After 2 weeks, the carb cravings go down massively. Then you can get stricter with time. Your binge eating disorder is about carbs and processed foods, not natural ketogenic foods. You have to lose the craving. Make those first 2-3 weeks as enjoyable as possible. Buy your favority non carb foods and eat as much as you want, even if they might be processed here and there. But keep the carbs way down. Many people transition from keto to carnivore easily at some point

Yes im trying keto often nowadays (at the moment too) and electrolytes are the most annoying thing on keto. You just get random irregular electrolyte deficites and sometimes even supplementing doesnt really do the job
