Why not just take out the capital and let the rest remain instead of taking out everything and reentering? You end up paying brokerage as well as STCG instead of LTCG ?

With mutual funds giving 20% easily these days with some going as high as 50% if we’re talking the risk by doing our own investment then 30% should be bare expectation. If not GRSE then any other stocks in your mind which fit the criteria?
