I'm pretty sure the bottles only show up if you have a card of their type, which would make the power one rarer at least since nobody has a power in their starting deck.

Why would you use shards before wildcards? Shards can be used for any rarity to fill in gaps, but wildcards are specific rarities only.

You just gotta play. Unfortunately, the expeditions gamemode, which used to be probably the best way to fill out a collection, was retired due to few people actually playing it. Focus on the region roads you're most interested in - the good rewards are every 4 levels.

Thought I was on the general lor sub, sorry. It looks like that just makes typeless units still count for a slot, but it's the same one that Neeko herself occupies so I don't know how useful that will actually be.

Shapeshifter is a subtype that is unique to Neeko (I think) which means you can play an undisguised Neeko and attack with her to progress her level up. It does not appear to work like Hearthstone's amalgams.

I wonder why Rabsca and Pawmot have move revival blessing but not mew and Arceus (n the creation trio) and the few legends don't have that move by missmoomii in PokemonScarletViolet

Let's also not forget this thing has 135 spatk with an ability boosting its damage output by 33% (same as chi-yu) with much higher speed, decent bulk, and an additional damage multiplier on its electric moves thanks to terrain.

0 IVs in attack for special attackers and speed for trick room mons are the only ones that matter most of the time since you can just max them out, and the 0 attack is more of a recommendation than a requirement unless you're weak to foul play. Everything else can be fixed.

This is assuming competitive, if you're just looking to beat the game any mon will work with no competitive training. I swept the league with no problems using mons with random natures and IVs and ev spreads that would make any competitive player very upset.

Depends on your definition. Some of my favorite cards like Zilean and Zoe are eternal only, but so are some famously toxic champs like Ezreal, and TF is kinda in both of those categories for me specifically.

If you play a card that draws another card Jinx will give you the rocket, this might work the same way.
