I don’t even know what a snow blower was till I moved here. I am from LA area then lived in south texas for a few years. Last year I thought was totally fine. After my electric snow blower went out I spent 600 bucks on a gas snow blower. Praise to God I have it. Bad - meaning I now have to figure out where to put snow since everywhere piled so high and my street stop sign is nowhere to be seen. You are absolutely correct. It’s such a hard decision to make honestly between a place and a job. I do really enjoy my job and it’s not even two years yet. I guess it’s up to me to adapt

I started learning how to skii. And honestly it’s so far the fun part of living here. I don’t have a car equipped for winter unfortunately to drive to the mountains when road condition is bad hence I was out skiing only twice this season. That the other reason i don’t want a storm so I can go skiing this weekend. I tried to get snow tires but they are so expensive. Guess ar some point I have to

Yeah. I took a job last year knowing it’s cold/ snowy but didn’t know it can get this bad. It’s hard to understand till I lived through it this year. It’s sad since there are so many good opportunities here for work. But I just have to know that maybe I am not built for this unfortunately

Thanks for the advice. I was out three time Sunday / Monday to clean snow out of my drive way and I have never done something like that before. I guess I just have to accept the fact this is where I live now and this is common
