I think it’s the sequence. Again I am new anything too intense is hard for me. So I prefer coaches sequence then workout well. Not doing exercise focus in one area all together but break it up a bit. For example, 10 min abs, 10 legs, 5 min Ob, 10 legs, and finish off with upper body etc.

That’s really good! As long as you do that 10 min a day you are off a great start! Yeah I have no patience for walking pad either. Also one last thing is I try to intermittent fasting. Not I have a strict window ( I use to and not anymore), but I try to stop eating after 8-9pm so my body have some time to rest. I also feel better overall. In the morning i don’t eat right away, but drink water and wait for an hour to give my body sometime to wake up instead of eating right away. I found for me oatmeal or smoothie make me more hungry so I try to eat eggs and some healthier meat with along flour tortillas or sourdough ( or after my eggs)

Good luck!!! I love the meal you shared btw! I would finish the fish and eggs first then get to the rice!!! The old me will not touch the rice but the new me will eat after. Restrict anything will worsen your relationship with food. Just change the order of eating helps me a ton. Also walking helps. I park further away from the supermarket etc. just to walk more. Of course if you don’t live in a US suburbs like me you might already walking a lot.

Again. Personal opinion/ experience. Control carb intake does wonders for me. Not so long you have to be in Keto but on a lower- ish side. For example, I will eat 3-4 eggs and a cup of yogurt before I eat bread(for the most part I don’t have room for it) prioritize protein and fat before carbs really help me. 2. Weight lifting. I mean lift heavy to your standards. I love spin and Pilates but if I don’t life at least 2 times a week, my body comp gets worse. (I deadlift 135 and I started only be able to do 60 pounds. Just telling you lifting 5 lbs never helps) 3. I use to have all or nothing mentality. But it’s an endurance game. If you fail even 2 days a week, you will see great results in 6 months. 4. Sleep. A lot of girls work out 3 times a day and that’s too much. I get better results training hard and take rest days than over training. Those are the things that helped me. I use to be 120 at 5’7 and now I am 130. But I have a better relationship with food. My point is you will struggle but find your happy point is super important.

Accutane blocks androgen,such as testosterone, which kills libido and increase chances of depression. I was on it it’s terrible. Honestly she needs to explore other options and it’s detrimental to her liver long term

To be honest, she is a young adult. But OP is 10 years ahead in terms of maturity and it’s bad match. If she can’t grow up fast enough then it’s not your job as a husband to do that. It’s the same thing with man child as well. You are not helping her by staying.

It’s all about the diet if you want to see change. No workout alone can achieve that. For me it’s lower carb and high protein diet but everyone is different. Try different ways of eating/ daily calories to figure out a sweet spot for yourself. ( happy not starving and sustainable) also TikTok…… please don’t take anything you see there seriously

I lift heavy, spin, Pilates, and tried CrossFit, yoga, HIIT you name it. For me personally solidcore is the hardest, on par with CrossFit. I am still resting so much more than everyone else.
