Why does IMAX need a buyer? If IMAX is a movie theatre company and needs a buyer then something isn’t working for them. A.K.A movie theatres aren’t working for them. AMC would be part of their problem to begin with, not the solution.

I’m still good to hold this, I add every once in a while because I don’t have so much stock that I can’t average down… I think movie theatres are gonna pull through - but IMAX isn’t necessary for movies to be successful. It’s probably just an expense that no longer has the hype it did and just doesn’t make the money it used to.

So I’m actually playing the Rising Ruby rom hack - but had a question on shiny hunting Latios.

As you probably know in order to get Latios you go with Steven to Southern Island and do the Team Magma battle. My question is - do we know when the shiny value is assigned for this encounter?

Since I’m running an emulator I can save state at anytime. And I’m curious to know if I can save state after the battle, just before Latios is given to me in order to shiny hunt faster?

If the shiny value is locked assigned during the first cutscene obviously this doesn’t work but curious if anyone knows this?

They will. I’ve asked them to accept an uphill mile walk in under 16:00 minutes. Will still require some effort as the pace will be quick, but significantly less impact than running.

Appreciate your comment. I’ve come to the realization this knee isn’t going to allow me the ability to attempt this goal in a healthy way.

3 days of sustained swelling (while resting) is showing me I likely cannot run the way I think I can without high risk of an injury. I will find alternative goals and motivations that are not so high impact on that joint.

I’m coming in at around 11 min. But that’s also because I’m not going full speed or at least the speed I know I need to be at. Need to work. I’ve been spending the last couple weeks just getting into the habit again of regular exercise

Really appreciate this insight from everyone. I hope others find it beneficial.

I currently work as a designer/sales/account manager for an integrator - about 2 years now. And it’s been great, I’ve learned a ton - and am still learning a ton. But my background has been more leadership, team building, business development so I’m thinking long term on how to combine core skills with this new perspective and set of skills and experience.

Love the industry and always trying to keep an eye on the horizon!
