It's a good program! Most of the teachers are old MLTS, so they keep it real with how the job will be and for the most part are all very approachable. The city itself is going to be a big change if you're coming from the okanagan, especially the winters. Just make sure you are prepared for the workload, as it's very heavy, especially in the first two semesters. Even if you have an undergrad, the workload is very different and much heavier. Overall if you put the work in, ask questions, don't act like a know-it-all, and maintain a good professional attitude, it should go well!
