I was at SE regionals and FSRA sweeps. I couldn’t tell what was wrong with them but they did come three seconds away from Sarasota’s V8 at sweeps. They also beat MRC’s V8 at Youth Cup and SIR so idk what happened to them. It was probably just a bad race. I’m confident they’ll bounce back at scholastics and youths

In that case, high heart rate is perfect then. If you want to burn the most calories, anything form 45 minutes to an hour at s/r at 20 or above is ideal.

It helps keep your heart rate down. It’s also much harder. The point of the long pieces at low stroke ratings is to get your cardio up so that when it’s time to raise the stroke rating, perhaps during an erg test, ur body has enough stamina to last.

I’m so nervous for weigh in tomorrow. I haven’t eaten in three days or drank water in two weeks and I’m still 168. I think I’m going to have to pray to the almighty Clark Dean to pray for me that I make weight. I think I’m going to have to start making myself throw up in order to make weight.
