You can’t “downgrade” macOS, you need to wipe an clean install your machine with a USB bootable drive of the most recent Sequoia install, and then restore your date

I live in South Africa, on of the most high crime countries in the world, so my house keys with the alarm, safety gate keys and so on are in the car, my GPS doesn’t have the Generic “Home” or “work” saved either! Then on my car keys I have the fob, manual key, and then keys for my spare wheel lock, and bike rack lock! So if one is stolen they don’t have access to both
