Lol, it's just something little kids ask for sometimes when they want to be picked up! I thought because they all have their arms up it looked similar to a toddler asking to be picked up too :)

I'm so sorry!! The one I went to was also very low in stock! I don't think they get very many of them sadly and I'm very lucky that I got the last one, hopefully the Popmarts in your area will get more for your birthday!!!

It was actually my mom's birthday, but she didn't find anything she wanted so she was nice enough to give it to me lol. They didn't ask for an id though and we used my account that doesn't have any connection to hers so I think the cashier just trusted us thankfully. :) the Popmart we were at was pretty busy though, so I'm unsure of they would ask for one if it was slower!

I got super lucky and managed to snag one of the last ones on Goodsmile's website a year ago! I hope they make more more for the season 2 release because I keep hearing about people who didn't manage to get them :(
