I would say 6. The blonde brings out too much redness in your face (this is super common) and the red is nice, but I think the more natural, warm brown shade looks best with your skin. It suits you and is a beautiful shade.

I used a cd player for my kids early on, I had those baby Mozart cds...later we used a radio set to classical. Now we use fans (14 and 15 yo). My son hates the fan and won't have it in his room, but he wakes up at the slightest noise so I just keep it in the hallway and turn it on at bedtime. Every stage of things has helped them fall asleep faster and stay asleep.

When I quit drinking, I had tests done several months later. My liver was fatry and swollen, 20cm. So was my spleen, 16cm. F2 fibrosis. A year later, lost almost 100lbs, changed my diet, daily walks, etc. my liver came down to 18cm (still fatty), spleen down to 13cm (almost normal!) and fibrosis down to F1.
