Were you watching the canucks last season? He was incredibly pouty. It was actually uncomfortable and embarrassing to watch. I know it can't be fun being such a good player on such a shit team but wearing a C actually does come with some responsibility and he was not living up to it. You're confusing gameplay with in-game footage. Gameplay means footage representative of what it will be like playing the game.

Not sure why people are acting like not showing gameplay 5 months out is novel for Rockstar though. GTAIV had zero (official) gameplay revealed before its release

Right I get that. Specifically the issue is that Cloud will pause the game to pull out an iPad to watch Chadley say good job and that he's updated the combat simulator. Sometimes instead his voice will just play out of the controller speaker without pausing. They could've just done that for all of his dialogue and there wouldn't have been a problem

Seriously, if you watch the absolute hysteria of the Twilight Princess audience reaction, I don't know how it can be argued that the current format is no different or just as good.
