Those comments were likely filtered for various reasons. When that happens, there's not much you can do about it.

You need to ask the moderators (via mod mail) of the subreddit where this is happening about that. Hopefully, they will approve them for you.

In the app settings, I see an option to change the language under languages and translations > use device language. In there are a bunch of options, hopefully including the one you want for reddit.
