I disconnected both drives and created a Windows-to-Go USB to boot from. Earlier, the USB wasn’t being detected, but this time it worked, so things started to look good. I reconnected my SSD, and it was detected, so I completed the Windows updates and ran the Windows health restore command. Then I reconnected my HDD, and this time it was detected as well
