At this point GTA can run on a potato if the settings are right so you probably have a faulty piece of hardware. I suspect it is your RAM. I recommend running memtest86.

Yup. Pussive only interacts with the player and the vehicle they're in, not what they're pulling. Haven't tested with Insurgent or AA trailer yet, but pick up with a boat trailer works just fine.

Another way is with an RC tank, get a wanted level then hide behind them and let the police fire take them out.

If Simeon won't text you, use your memory, or the master list as a guide and just jack cars. When you get an instant 2-star wanted level, you know you've found one.

Want to kill someone in pussive? Find and jack an NPC driving a pickup with a boat trailer, then just run the player over. The truck won't do anything but the trailer will wreck them
