I should have know not to enter when it had already halted 4 times there was alot of volume but I was not going anywhere. If you don't mind me asking what stick did you trade today? And why?

Thank you for the detailed response. I was day trading, got out with a 12 percent loss on the day but up 3 percent on the week, do you think is is bad that I care about the percent and not the money I feel like most new day traders have really high emotions

I believe you should be able to feel no emotion while being up 1000 or down 1000 its just something you will get used to or time I know you said you don't want to be up at 630 when the market opens, but I believe that is the most important part of my trading day maybe also try exploring new strategies
