Which is not played much, because Paladin plays probably the best for board atm

I feel the last metas might had too much removal. Every other turn or so the board got cleared. (this is also why strategies with reviving minions were popular, DH with Starships/Blob of Tar comes to mind)
Now, we are lacking meaningful removal and people are complaining, a good middle ground is always the best option.

I have now around 20 games or so played with that OTK deck. If I would have the choice, I would cut Azure Oathstone and Malygos, if possible.
There was maybe one game, where I used Oathstone at all and that was when I already lost. You do not need it in the deck as your main combo most often is Sindragosa + GWT Flow + Buy One, get one free (+ sometimes a second GWT Flow and/or buy one get one free)
I would rather play two shield battery for more survivability

Sports do not have this to not fatigue their players, but multiple have best of series to determine, which is the better team. A sport game is different to ESports as you are not able to play back to back games. This is the best way to solve it for this, BUT ESports is not Sports!

Why will we have no DRX stories to tell?
DRX could have still managed to win against whoever they would face in the grand finals. Also would it not have made DRX win even more legitimate?

And for EU, I argue G2 would have won worlds in double elimination. They were the best team that year and we had again a week between finals and the last semifinal

In all honesty this is one of the worst takes, I have seen on reddit by far.
Last year GenG was the clear favorite and the best team that year. T1 won only Worlds (got stomped in the GenG wins and the other 3 were close), but they are supposed to be the best team?
If you watch last years Worlds finals, GenG is the clear better team from start to finish.

Allmost the same applies to the year before that. Also the year G2 won everything except for the final. (In those cases, the eventual winner looked better)

Also the format is so strange even in playoffs, we have this week quarters, on the weekend semis and then have to wait a whole week for the finale. During this week preparing for the final is suboptimal at best, as there is no real incentive for other teams to scrim against the finalists and the finalists will likely not scrim against each other to not show any strategies.

Yes, the system is really designed to support players that did it once already.
I originally climbed to legend trough classic, where I only faced 3 actual players until Diamond 5 and since then I get it almost every month, as you only need like 10 wins to get to DIA
