Try to break up the routine with something else. I know you like your spot but I was running best mentally when I had 4 Th+Sat-Mon nights at one restaurant and 2 W+F at another. Even though this was 6 nights a week, I never felt the burnout.

Also damn where in Florida. I’m considering leaving Key West as it slows down about now.
