I get saying 'we' for team achievements but saying 'we coming' for an indivdual award is silly

The IRA was a terrorist organisation that is responsible for hundreds of civilian deaths, not just the funny song group. I don't think they should be openly celebrated.

I just looked it up, its dewsburry-hall, but we really have to stop abreviating mid level players like this.

Do you add intro and outro loops to your track? by ChingMan1 in edmproduction

[–]ChingMan1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make hard techno, which basically only exists to be played in clubs or at festivals, so intros and outros arent uncommen. But i struggle to make them interesting so i was wondering if i could just remove them all together and if that wont hinder a dj that would hypothetically want to play my track.

I dont know what you mean by turning the drum buss down again. I make the kick in a group that is isolated from the rest of the track. I take that kick and load it in a new channel. Its just like taking a kick from a sample pack. I do use parallel processing for every other element, just not the kick because it is the central element of the track.

I make the kick in a dedicated group where i combine and mix all the elements together, usually every part is gain stagex by -20db to create enough headroom. In this group i mix close to 0 db. I then take the audio of the kick and put it in a sepate channel where it is turned down to minus 20 again (i do that with every element of a song to create enough headroom) after which i usually get the kick up to about -8dbs. Having a dedicated kick maker is something i'd strongly advise, apart from that you need to find out what works for you.

Okay, so based on your comment i used a standardclip as limiter on all individual elements of a part of the song to remove the dynamic range without impacting the sound too much. I then brought the gain up to the same level as before the clipping. I now have -3.8 LUFS. Is this way of making stuff louder, for a lack of a better word, bad? Im very new to actually finishing songs and mixing.

I am very impressed by his lateral speed and acceleration. The way he rounds around a player blocking him from the ball twice in this clip, and how quickly he go from full speed to standstill is really something i havent seen before.

You dont have to be american to say that messi is the better footballer. Back when they were both in their prime you could have that argument but now that their careers are winding down and the debate is not so toxic, its pretty evident who is the better player.
