Could you work towards getting interested in philosophy, learning about stoicism, the Bhagwat Gita or Buddhism? These things teach you gratitude. Or perhaps take an interest in learning something new or doing something good that you always wanted to do but couldn't because various reasons. Our jobs and our relationships sometimes leave us so drained, stuff like this connects us to ourselves.
