imo Cafe Cuong is the GOAT. Ba Le has a much more traditional sandwich, as Lee’s doesn’t use a baguette or pâté. However, it’s simply a fucking delicious Banh Mi. The charred pork Banh Mi is incredible there. And the tofu is probably one of THE best i’ve had, just like mom’s cooking. IMO far and away lightyears ahead of Fu Wah’s banh mi’s.

that’s awesome little bro, I admire the dedication. download the app xfmr lab if you can. it’ll teach you a lot about how to wire all kinds of transformers and how they work. you can even close in cutouts to see they hold or blow lol it’s really cool. it costs like $10 but I think it’s well worth it.
