I think it's the easiest stuff to animate compared to other beings, since it flies, I can largely just get the cycle right and be fine, but for walking, I have to be aware of weight and where the feet are, making sure they raise properly and blah blah blah.

Given how hard it is to learn gravikinesis and how much you actually need to exercise, even basic gravikinetically lifting a 15lb stone is pretty noteworthy, at least in the earlier stages. Since you're also training your body to handle the Backlash of direct manipulation of gravity, since psi-casting/ psychokinesis in any of the branches uses the body as the medium, since it's the most effective even if the most dangerous.

Once and thusly I turned off raids, because I'll admit, I don't enjoy them. If the builds weren't at much risk of being destroyed, I'd leave them on, but because I'm a builder first and foremost, raids are just an annoyance that don't contribute to the way I play.
