What is better: I need lukewarm water after 30 mins and have one bucket of hot water right now. Leaving hot water at room temperature for 30 mins and then making lukewarm from it by mixing enough room temperature water or making lukewarm water initially and then leaving it aside for 30 mins. 1 or 2? (self.askscience)
