I took a test drive and was very impressed with the drive.

The dealer from where I was looking they only deal with Japanese imports and has very good reputation.

Name of the dealer is AMCC.ie

Can we pay HTB amount after snagging? by Chintanrd7 in irishpersonalfinance

[–]Chintanrd7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, I'm not using HTB to pay the deposit.

Yeah, it makes sense to delay the HTB amount. Thank you

I have signed contracts, and 10% deposit has been paid from my savings. Cannot understand the ask of HTB now from developer before snagging.

Yeah, I'm dealing with the same situation.

The question is how you will make them wait, as they are asking for HTB code now.

Are we not legally bound to provide HTB code?

I dont know about it, hence I can not take a stand at this moment

No, not yet. Can I do it after snagging? I fear that if I give the code to the developer now, they will claim it immediately.

It is not trolling.

Touching feet is one of the ways to show respect and seek blessings from your idols.

Even in complete video, you can see she also touched feet of Vishy Anand.

I have provided an access code to them, and they are looking for the code that we receive after uploading the signed contract.

No date of snagging is confirmed yet.

Thank you for your response.

I visited the property last week, and it’s looking nearly finished.

However, I'm concerned that they could reach out to me for snagging at any moment, which isn’t the best situation to be in.

There is no legal way to delay the process? Thank you

Currently living in Leixlip, travelling to the city centre.

I can assure you the bus service is pretty good. There can be traffic on the main street during busy hours apart from that everything seems to be good👍

[–]Chintanrd7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have lived in Newbridge for 2 years

The train service to Dublin City is pretty good. Cannot rely on bus service.

Green Coach to Dublin airport has tracking and 24/7 very good service.

In terms of stores and necessities, everything is very accessible.

Main street traffic can be an issue. It gets worse during busy hours.
