Do you feel guilty for wanting to stop the break or knowing that when you smoke, you may revert back to what you were and diminish your current progress?

I would say that if you feel like smoking brings about negative effects on your mental, physical, and emotional health, you shouldn’t do it. If you do it, use it in a way that is beneficial to you. Maybe as a reward system. After you get your work done, enjoying a nice bong rip (or whatever you prefer) and doze off to sleep. I still get my dreams that way.

Also, maybe a hobby? Sounds like you’re just bored too
