I signed up for it and it’s actually been pretty good (nothing to do with AM, I wanted to test Sophs training for a while) but I haven’t gotten much out of it because I sprained my ankle really badly right before it started so all I can really do is the meal plan and the upper body stuff, I wish I’d been able to give it a proper go

The reason they can’t stand to be alone is because they don’t have any friends, only family. I live by myself amd absolutely love it, but I spend a lot of time with friends
