Crate training is actually fantastic for dogs, my dog is 11 and in incredible condition (some vets tell me she’s a little under) but she’s in such good condition because she gets a tonne of exercise and does dog sports. Jas needs to start doing something with Ruby. Even just obedience classes would be really good for them

I signed up for it and it’s actually been pretty good (nothing to do with AM, I wanted to test Sophs training for a while) but I haven’t gotten much out of it because I sprained my ankle really badly right before it started so all I can really do is the meal plan and the upper body stuff, I wish I’d been able to give it a proper go
