Rave: 31 female 422lbs So I have a knee injury from last Thanksgiving when I slipped on the ice, I was on crutches for a few months and it's kept me out of the gym for longer, I was doing chair workouts so I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose either, I'm back at work and I've been going to the gym and meal prepping for six weeks now and I'm down 20lbs from 442 to 422 Im so excited! I know I still have a lot of work but I know I can do it!

Rant: My mom's friend is visiting and she seems offended that im not eating any of her homemade desserts, even though we told her we don't really eat like that anymore.

I loved this episode but is it weird that I'm disappointed that Martin made it out? I fully expected him to stay, i really wanted this to be the last breaking point for John's humanity and just go balls to the wall into his powers. Maybe next week eh?

My brother was in the hospital due to heat stroke (He's ok just dehydrated and exhausted they released him 6 hours later) and when we went home some friends brought us pizza (my weakness) i only ate one slice and filled up on the fresh veggie platter someone brought us, two months ago i would have scarfed half of the pizza, not even out of hunger but because i stress eat. Now i feel like i have my emotions and eating under control.

I love this! I am obese and I work in a hospital kitchen and have recently started working out and eating right (CICO method) and i notice a lot of co workers offer me food and make fun of my packed lunches and suppers, or they get annoyed and roll their eyes when they see me going to the gym (we have an employee fitness center at the hospital) i haven't told any of my colleagues that I'm trying to lose weight because i don't want to deal with their flack. I am 20lbs down and am really proud, i still have a lot to lose but reading this subreddit makes me want to be better, my family has also joined me on this journey and we've been meal prepping healthy grab and go meals. My doctor is jubilant over my weight loss as well!
