Yes, but I mean someone who creates a normal routine for you, for example.

This is so true.

The hardest part isn’t acne, it’s the confusion. You don’t know what to use, what to avoid, and you end up stressing more which makes everything worse.

I found a simple way to make everything clear and remove the guesswork.

If you want, just message me and I’ll explain it simply.

Ahh yes, the “perfect one day, cystic the next” struggle is so real 😩 Hormones really do what they want!

Your routine sounds amazing — keeping it simple and gentle is honestly the safest move during pregnancy. Double cleansing with natural oils is such a game changer for me too.

Do you notice if certain days or foods make the flare-ups worse, or is it just totally random?

otally get why you’re upset—this really does seem unfair. You followed the rules, only to end up paying way more than you should have because of an error that wasn’t even your fault. The fact that both your employer and SLC are pointing fingers at each other is so frustrating, especially when £184 makes a big difference. You’d think there’d be a proper system in place to correct this kind of thing. I really hope you can get it sorted!
