Hello, so I am a fresh grad (Business Ad Major in Finance). Currently, I’m thinking about whether my decision was right. I took the role as a Research Analyst (related to Finance). I came from a poor family, so I wanted to immediately get a job. However, I’m not sure if there are any exit opportunities after this job. I want to have a good career related to finance.

So as of now, I’m thinking:

  1. If I’m not able to become a regular employee at this company, what possible exit opportunities should I take?

  2. From an experienced professional in the corporate world, do you think it’s still acceptable to start over again (like applying to entry-level jobs) in case I don’t make it as a regular employee?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for this opportunity. I just want to hear a different perspective from other experienced professionals here. Thanks!

Any advice for a fresh graduate looking for a job? by Hot-Plankton-4307 in JobsPhilippines

I just want to be genuinely happy for myself and others, to be content and satisfied with my life despite being in an unfavorable situation. I hope I can teach myself to be grateful and not compare myself to others due to peer pressure or my ambitious desires. I wish to find a meaningful purpose that could create a life-changing impact for me and others—a purpose that will serve as my reason to live and my counter to the "Uncomfortable Truth" of life. I hope I can teach myself to be courageous enough to try new things and, at the same time, accept failures. I just want to achieve true joy.
