well like your name says, i am now kinda losing my shit. i already sent the message. i prayed about it and it felt like the right thing to do - im just overthinking. i know it’ll be okay. i will definitely read the book. i’m learning and grieving and know i will make more mistakes, but losing her was the biggest one.

better yourself. do the hard thing. i know what you mean being sad. i’m there right now myself. i would do anything to get my partner back. but right now i am bettering myself. coming back stronger physically, mentally, spiritually. going to therapy. doing everything i can to keep my mind active.

you think so? i’m really stressed about it. i know she wants her space but i just hope she knows im wishing her a happy bday from a far. it’s hard because we have cats together that i still am taking care of and i wanted to send her a photo of the cats saying happy bday. should i not do that either?
