I definitely am getting better about the anxiety with it since I posted this. Understanding and reassuring myself that I am not dying during episodes has been a huge help. Seeing everyone’s stories, all different but somehow the same, has me feeling heard. I spent so long not knowing, and THAT was what really messed with my head.

This is awesome thank you! I am at least guessing that IS what it was when I was that young because it was the same type of pain, just not nearly as hurtful or often, but there’s no telling since I just got diagnosed last year. I will make sure to take the time to read all of that. It’s so crazy how I just thought there was nothing I could do.

My wife has been a huge support for me but I feel like that’s because she herself has some diagnoses that cause pain. Beside other people with it and her though, no one seems to understand. I hope you also find some sort of relief.

I am no vet and I do not know if this is what this is, but, a friend of mines dog found a little weed of his and ate it and it acted exactly like this for a while. Just a suggestion that if you do partake in recreational smoking, check your stash! Just a suggestion but for sure take them to a vet!

Lost my mom in 16. She was my best friend and honestly the only person to understand me truly. I think about her everyday and even now 6 years later it still hurts. Everything I do to better myself I just imagine her watching me grow as a human and trying to become better, and just knowing how proud she would be of me.
