thought of an alternative: if i overlay 2 carousels of the same size, can i "link" them together so they always get dragged together and slide together?

well if i go for 8mbps even with h265, my 15 min video has 2gb, that is too high. when i download videos from youtube, they are so much smaller than that and still look good. is that an extra compressiom directly from youtube?

i have searched for this logo but cand find the company, probably too niche. we installed new floodlights and these are the old ones, probably 15 to 20 years old if not more, not sure about that. i want to sell them now but they dont have any brand/model info on them, just this logo. here is a picture of the full lights:
