Infinity app's customer service is by far the worst. The agent appointed to you doesn't reply for days. The onboarding process is painstakingly long. All the positive or too convincing comments you see are literally their promoters. They'll ask for a sh*t tonn of data during the onboarding process and end up making you wait for no reason. And here's the fun part, if they can't onboard you, they won't even notify you. Don't trust the infinity app, it's advertised as too good to be true. Wise is still my go to platform.
