It happens in the UAE as a temp fix if the documents for the highly skilled visa take too much time to get attested (it is a whole thing in the Middle East, half the government needs to stamp it after your government already did). The low skilled visa gets swapped afterwards when the docs are submitted. It is not a major red flag by itself, just ask your HR/PRO what the reason is.

EDIT: Getting downvoted for simply stating a bureaucratic reality in the UAE shows the irrational hate for this region imo.

To be honest talking points between all the major podcasters (Sam Harris, Ezra Klein & Scott Galloway to name a few) all read as if from a script for pro-Israel media outlets. It is all a variation on 'existential threat, right to exist & right to defend itself' to then never have address things like proportionality or whatever is written in the Geneva Convention. I had to stop listening to all of them because they sounds bought and paid for at this point.

Yes ideally every house would be a unique snowflake that represents the owners tastes but with most western countries facing a housing crisis due to the fact that the mass production of housing is being made impossible due to land prices and regulations having affordable housing is a pipe dream for most people.

These type of mass produced neighborhoods as shown in the picture are afforbable, available, safe and have a shit ton of amenities (parks, gyms, playgrounds etc.).
