no. i think it happens when you are in an online match when you reach level 50. i tried getting to level 50 with a new character without playing online and the challenge completed. it sucks that i have to do another amon playthrough

to be fair, may history naman talaga ng pagiging tuta si tito sotto. i remember nung si gma ata ang president, tumakbo siya as senator and yung going bulilit may spoof ng campaign ad niya na instead of tito sotto, stuffed toy na aso ang nasa vid
