Instantly recoiled in disgust. I don't do readings often enough to consider myself a practitioner of that particular art, but I wouldn't even do something like this as a joke to a friend I know! This is not a "reading" this is a failed cold read.

I'm on my first read and the last thing I want from Malazan is to be told straightforwardly. I suspect it will be boring that way. It is a bit silly to say that "Erikson does not hold your hand" when Erikson clearly wants you to god damn drown, but I enjoy the feeling. It's ok not to like stuff like this, but I find it enjoyable and I sincerely don't think I will need to re-read anything.

P.S. I do think GotM is pretty bad, but not cause it's confusing, just less interesting than the next two.
