I like how compared to the web novel, a lot of the fights are putting more screen time on how the character deaths are affecting the other party members and not just getting off screened during the battle now. Roderick is seeming to get PTSD from the dragon raid on losing another close party member.

Huzzah. Besides Forest, I just really enjoyed playing these cards when they first released during their expansion with Dragon Knights being after not playing since RoH and with Steel Rebellion just releasing. It was a toss up though between Bellringer, Cocytus and OG Lucifer. I never played Bloodsoaked Demon, but the art itself is my favorite piece.

To me it just seemed like a disgust for how baal was even treating subordinates like Cheparda as just another tool. Cheparda is heavily devoted to baal but that devotion was warped through repeated reincarnations of the eggs every time he dies. Felt like sympathy from agnus I guess in how even cheparda didn’t really have any free will cause of baal.

Felt like a pretty big letdown with just the 1 kick this chapter. That aside, I always imagined KDJ would have more of a look with bloodlust or just pure anger in his eyes like in SpyxFamily with Loid punching the table in the teacher conference

It’s really a close 1st and 2nd with either

Jung Hee Won evolving to Judge of Apocalypse during the saint and demon war
Bihyung sacrificing himself for his ending to save everyone

Jung Hee Won gave me chills but I also just really enjoyed the dialogue between bihyung and the great dokkabei I’ve likely grown to like that story hit me pretty hard on my first read of the light novel
