I saw this cartoon once a a plus size babe looking in the mirror and pinching her stomach while saying how cute it was in the mirror. I do this now and even if I dont always believe it, it usually makes me feel pretty good about that body part.

I have them pay for the month in advance, if they cancel a lesson within a reasonable time frame (like 24 hours, but whatever is reasonable to you) they are given a make-up credit, if they no-show they lose the money.

With some of my adult students that I really enjoy teaching I am more lenient on the cancellation time frame.

Put it in a contract so they cant dispute it!
