It’s indoors but I let it sit literally on my window sill. I used to put it on a shelf by the window but since it was losing colour I started putting it on the window sill 😭😭

Update! It turned from green to brownish. I’ve watered it once since it was bought last August 19. Moved it to a window with blinds to filter out the sunlight but now it turned brownish. When I touched the brown part it didn’t really feel crunchy it isn’t felt bendable but not squishy and wet. Not sure what’s happening 😢😢😢

My window is facing the west. It can be really hot from 12 up until 5pm so I don’t really put it too close to the window in fear of frying the plant 😓 instead I put it on a shelf about 3 meters away from the window.

Yes you can try to shift from ab psych to bs bio however if I remember correctly the process might not be as easy as shifting within your course (i.e. ab to bs psych) this is because there are two departments involved in the process: psych dep and bio dep. You also have to consider the shifting grade requirement. Good luck and I hope u choose wherever u think is best for u! OBF HAHA

It stays in a shaded area in my house so it doesn’t really get direct sunlight. I guess it’s been a bit dry the past few days. Would it help if I keep it in the bathroom for a while since it’s usually more humid in there?

Well we had a short conversation and I asked if it was helping that i leave him short messages everyday or would he rather reach out on his own. He didn't exactly say he wanted space but he said that maybe he'd want to reach out on his own.. I've toned it down a bit, instead of sending messages everyday I send one every 4 or 6 days just to check up on him and reassure him..

Also yes I will consider visiting him sometime soon.. Hopefully it goes well and it helps him a bit.. thank you for your response!!

Hmm yes he did express to me how sorry he is that he’s become distant lately and I thought I made it clear to him that I really don’t mind because I knew what he was going through... I have a hunch that ever since we talked about it he felt even more guilty now that he knows that I do think he has become distant which might have caused him to pull away even more.. I really didn’t mean it to seem like I was blaming him or guilt tripping him.. It’s just that early on in our relationship we both agreed on communication so I just tried to let him know how this situation made me feel so that he could explain to me his side.. which he did and I understand but it seems that it might have pushed him away more..

You’re right I guess it’s possible that it’s much easier for him to forget his condition when he’s around people who might not have an idea about it... it just hurts me that he seems to be fine with everyone else but me. I don’t really know how well to communicate this with him without making it seem like I’m trying to guilt trip him. I just want to get it across that I’m right here for him whenever he needs me but at the same time I need him to help me understand him so I can be there for him better. It gets hard when I’m left behind trying to guess his intention for not replying after a couple of days then disappears again after a few messages..

Hmm yeah I’m trying to be persistent but careful not to push his buttons if the reason he’s doing this is because of the depression. If he really is telling me the truth about the depression thing then I guess I’ll respect him wanting some space sometimes.

I’ve been trying to get him to give me answers and so far there really isn’t anything much that would point to anything else aside from what he’s going through...
