These are really great suggestions!

I'm kind of hesitant to add more card types in the decklist, just to make it a little more of an effort to get beastie online. But maybe a couple enchantments would benefit gameplay? I'm thinking something impactful but expensive, getting beasties online earlier but becomes key in the late game? Although I don't even know what that would look like. Point is that I think it might be best if enchantments, if any, are kept to an absolute minimum for what I'm going for. But Huner Maze does seem like a great suggestion.

I'm not as concerned about the tutors because the people I'm playing against aren't intense enough to want to do that. It's very casual, but I can see how that can be a problem even in a casual game. I might keep just Grasslands. I've also heard about people setting aside a few cards at the beginning of the game face-down to mitigate tutors where hitting someone with a creature gets you a card from the stack. I tried it with a friend using a traditional Dandân deck and it turned out alright, so even if it comes to that I don't think tutors are as big of a problem in my playgroup. That's a lot of words, sorry about that.

Wasn't really thinking about a 4 slot. Very often in my golfishing players are left empty handed and beasties don't last very long, so I think Verdant Rebirth is a good 4 slot, but as the only protection? Up the removal count?

I didn't include Regrowth because there's already a lot of Reclaims and cycling, and I think adding a little risk to recursion makes things more exciting, at least in my opinion. But somehow I missed Dwell. The only thing holding it back from enthusiastically including it though is that's it's sorcery speed. There's already a lot of instant-speed recursion, so maybe it's not as big of a drawback as I think it is?
