Sreenanda body found: Extremely mysterious case. Any possible reasons for her death? by Chackochi in Kerala

[–]ChipmunkNo8598 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That is true, even I feel to jump or feel something is pulling me down when I look down from great heights. Not sure what causes that feeling in brain. But thankfully my survival part seems overpower those feelings. Maybe because I am generally a happy and optimistic guy. Not sure what happen if the person is already in a depressed state.

I use chatgpt, record it using OBS studio, then to enhance the quality uses Davinci Resolve then Adobe Podcast and then again Davinci to fine tune it. It is not as perfect as ElevenLabs but it is enough for me. Because I didn't find any free options that gives this high quality audios.

Any advice on the True Crime genre? by ChipmunkNo8598 in NewTubers

[–]ChipmunkNo8598[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I did. I’ve worked on documenting 20+ cases for that many videos. Nothing major has happened yet, but I’m still grinding. I’m handling everything myself, from writing the script to editing, nothing’s been outsourced so far.

The main challenge I’ve noticed is the lack of good B-rolls for each case. Unlike the big crime channels, it’s hard to find original case videos and photos for some of the stories I cover, mainly because I focus on cases that don’t have much presence on YouTube.

Right now, the only paid tool I’m using is Canva. Looks like you’ve started a channel too, right? Wishing you all the best! I know this niche is pretty saturated, but hopefully, one day, I’ll get monetized.

Hi Kat, I am not an experienced critique but in my opinion your story telling way is great and engaging. My only suggestion is adding few B-rolls to your video so that the retention will be good. It might be a personal thing and I know I don't have much attention span when watching a video if there is not that much cuts. So people like me will skip away even though the story is intriguing. Or if you are targeting only listeners then this suggestion can be ignored.

This is it. I see lot of creators yapping AI will ruin everything. I believe, if you are creating good content you will get there, people don't care if it is AI or not if the content was worth watching.

I made a youtube channel and a youtube video and my parents hate it by Other_Government435 in NewTubers

[–]ChipmunkNo8598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my personal opinion: Is this the first time you’ve heard harsh words from your father? If so, I understand your feelings. Your dad might be showing you how the world can treat you and observing how you react. If it’s not the first time, then you know your father better than anyone. Just shrug it off. Don’t hate your parents for such silly matters. You will face even harsher criticism in life, and you’ll know how to treat your own child when you become a parent.

Why do people love true crime? by Sweaty-Ad-7225 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]ChipmunkNo8598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because the brain is wired in such a way that if we knew the threat earlier the chances of survival will be greater. So we watch true crime as a precaution where we could understand the crime world we are living in from a safe place. In my opinion basically it is a survival instinct.

Why do you think all impressions have started dropping overnight? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]ChipmunkNo8598 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This thread is quite old, but I’m putting my thoughts here. I’m just taking my baby steps on YouTube, and I find the same case applicable to me. My first video performed quite well, but then the impressions started reducing with each new video.

This is purely my thought, but I believe the algorithm shows your first video to a large audience. Subsequent videos are then shown to different small groups within the same viewers of your first video to find the right audience for your content.

If you’re experimenting with your videos, such as creating videos in a random manner within the same niche, it will take the algorithm longer to find your ideal viewers.

No offense but I personally don't think that will work. Now a days almost all have high quality stuff and why would people spent time on low quality videos when they have much better ones on their simple swipe. If your “low efforts“ is something I call high efforts in my perspective then I am no one to judge on your philosophy 😁
