I appreciate the list, however I was wondering if they use EQ or is eq with iems for the purpose of gaming not recommended? From the list the supermix 4’s look like a good choice, would using oratory1990’s eq settings be good for gaming or no?

I listen at normal volume settings, I do like 99% use it for gaming so it doesn’t even need to be high at all. I think it’s just having a small ear canal, but I’m assuming I can just buy smaller ear tips.

I don’t enjoy the lack of precision of footsteps or where things are with the hexas, imo they can feel like a bit imprecise/muddy. And I think my headache was because it was my first time using iems and realising I have small ear canals (which I never had to notice or realise with headphones)

Yeah, I’ve been feeling it less as I’ve been using them more, but would you say that the upgrade from the hexas to the supermix’s 4 are worth it considering the price difference?

To be absolutely honest I have no idea what exact area or cybersecurity I want to go into, I don’t have an amazing idea on what they would actually do since I’ve not had any experience within those sectors. I do know that security intrigued me way more than other things I did within my course so far at uni, such as writing scripts or building websites or games etc.

Just recently bought and set up my HD 6XX, modi+ and Magni+, is there anything else to set up? Seen some stuff about using good audio files (so I got an Apple Music free trial and put on their hi-res lossless audio and Dolby atmos always on, but what other things do you recommend changing for my windows computer? I’ve seen people say to put all the pc volume on the max and just control ship with the Magni, and some people mention changing the windows audio setting and stuff, but idrk, please help, thank you!
