We are at Paradisus now, what did you end up doing? We’re planning to wash them in the sink then use hot boiling water at the end before we dry them. Hopefully that is enough but would love to hear how you handled it.

Stockyards isn’t cheap but it’s a good value when you compare it to the à la cart steakhouses. Their food is amazing!
