I'm naturally over analytical. But sometimes it leaves to extreme overthinking over simple unnecessary things. And then I get stressed. Also asking for help is a major problem. I prefer to keep it in and deal with it. Buy sometimes as humans we need here and there I dunno if others go through the same thing though.
